Question 3: When will I get the boards I paid for?
Answer: Your boards will appear on your account as soon as payment is completed. You can check your status in the top right side of the welcome screen.

Question 4: Which bidding systems are supported and can be matched by BridgeHit?
Answer: The default system in BridgeHit is SAYC. We also currently support 2/1, Precision, Blue Club and ACOL.  In case many players express interest on the boards, we can add further systems in the future.

Question 5: How do you distribute prize money?

Answer:  You participate in the distribution of the prize money with as many session results as you have played. If, for example, you have played 4 sessions (of 12 boards each) and have been placed 1st, 4th, 39th and 52nd with your session percentage results, you will get prize money for 1st and 4th place. Note that if there are less then 25 sessions played in a day, these sessions will be transferred to the results for the next day.

Question 6: What should be my playing level in order to play on BridgeHit?
Answer: BridgeHit is aimed at players at advanced and expert level. Of course, everybody can play bridge online on the site but playing in a sloppy and unprofessional way can significantly reduce your Angel rating.

Question 7: I cannot log in. What is happening?

Answer: It is possible that your browser does not support Flash. Please install the Flash plugins as requested by the browser.

Question 8: I closed the game by mistake or because my Internet connection disappeared. What now?

Answer: If you log in again to the BridgeHit client before your time to play has expired, you will be taken to the same board and will have the chance to continue playing. If your time has expired the board will break up but you can still continue playing further your session.
