Why Us

Our mission is simple: we aim to create an unique and fair bridge online playing experience while giving you the opportunity to play for serious prize money. This experience is based on the following pillars:

1. Fair play - on BridgeHit you play bridge anonymously based on random assignment by our server. In other words, you do not know who your partner and opponents are.

2. System selection – all players on BridgeHit should be able to play SAYC (Standard American Yellow Card). We selected it because of its high popularity and ease-of-use. When the server allocates you with a partner, by default you will be playing SAYC. If, however, you and your partner have indicated in your profiles that you play the same systems among the ones available – 2/1, Precision, Blue Club, or ACOL – you will be given the opportunity to play this matching system for your pair, if you wish so.

3. Easy and stable play – we offer you support during the first two rounds of bidding by showing you the meanings of the bids as they are recorded in the convention card for this system. Play is stable and secure due to deployment of latest Internet technologies. In other words, you can be sure to have a pleasant playing experience even with slow connections.

4. Flexibility – you can end a session in two ways:
 - after every single board you have the option to simply stop and continue later
 - after you have played 8 boards in a session (out of 12 in total) you have the option to stop and start another session. Note that this “short” session will not be counted towards your results. It will be, however, counted towards your overall ratings.

5. Feedback - you have the option to praise and warn other players. See how this happens here. All players have a “fame” rating which is the difference between their praises and warnings.

6. Serious prize funds – most bridge sites offer no or very small prize funds. This is mainly due to the fact that (let’s face truth in the face) people tend to communicate with each other via Internet and telephone in order to win that coveted prize. As BridgeHit offers anonymous play, we can also offer a much higher prize fund. You can see our prize awards information here.
